Collaboration

Grenoble INP, Politecnico di Torino and EPF Lausanne are active members of CLUSTER Consortium (Consortium Linking Universities of Science and Technology for Education and Research), whose purpose is to develop strong partnership between members of the network.

The consortium comprises as well:

• Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya Barcelona (UPC),

• Technische Universität Darmstadt (THD),

• Trinity College Dublin (TCD),

• Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TUE),

• Teknillinen Korkelakoulu Helsinki (TKK),

• Technische Universität Karlsruhe (TH)

• Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL),

• Instituto Técnico Superior Lisboa (IST),

• Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan Stockholm (KTH).

All these universities have departments of Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science. Joint or double degree programs have been launched, especially in Electronics and Computer Science (Torino and Karlsruhe).

Exchanges with British and American universities, which already exist at Grenoble INP, Politecnico di Torino and EPF Lausanne, are facilitated by the fact that 95% of courses are given in English by professors, researchers or industrial partners specialised in training students.
